Vin Master!

Check out this "new" gem of a wine spot in South End. I happened upon it on a Tuesday night out for dinner in my new neighborhood. We had a casual dinner at Icehouse, checked out the offerings at the farmers market, and were lured in by the Vin Master sign. The owner showed us around and we took home 2 bottles before our 13 month old was ready to go home. With a babysitter secured for tonight, we went back!




This is a place you can walk into and get a really good wine at an amazing value. I asked specifically about Willamette Pinot Noirs and the owner explained you can pay $30+ for an average bottle but they had a find priced at $16. Score!

Be warned: they serve glasses but a glass of the Pinot we bought for $16/bottle was ~$10 per glass. Definitely buy a bottle and recork to take home.

Tonight was the 1 year anniversary of this shop. Cheers to 1 year and one of my "new" finds!!
